All our employees after a year of working at their respective positions are trained in other aspects of production including, electronic assemble, calibration, testing, brazing and machining just to name a few. This enables our workforce to have a working knowledge of all steps of production and can supplement any work station when necessary. This procedure has greatly increased production and has afforded us the savings that are ultimately passed on to you, our customer.
